CHS provides Holter Monitor Devices--digital equipment only and packet kits, which include all items necessary for your staff to hook up and educate the patient on the protocols of wearing the monitor.
Once the holter is removed from the patient, the practice will send the information needed along with the disk from the monitor, to CHS.

CHS will perform the holter scan and send the preliminary report back to a Cardiologist for final interpretation.

Turnaround for the Final Report is generally within 24-72 hours. After CHS receives information from the practice.

Note: If a Provider chooses, we do have a protocol if a Physician wishes to perform their own interpretation.
In this case, CHS would return the Holter SCan to your practice for a final Interpretation/Report.

Patient Billing of the Holter Monitor-Hook-up, Scan, and Interpretation:

The practice will bill the Hook-up.
CHS will bill the Holter Scan.
Interpretation: This will be provided by Interpreting Physician.
