Our set fee is based only upon your collections, with a minimum set-up cost.
CHS will bill primary, secondary, or tertiary insurance.
Currently, we are reaching a 99.4% first-time Electronic Claim Submission, which means a faster return revenue stream for your practice.

CHS utilizes PARADIGM Practice Management Software. Through a secure VPN set-up, you will have full access to your patient billing data, which will allow you to see billing processes, and balances, and run reports as needed.

OPTION 1: Billing and Scheduling Software Provided

Provide a Practice Management System---PARADIGM---to set up your practice patient scheduling.

Provides practice with a Designated Billing Agent who will guide you to a smooth process of billing procedures. Our Agents have an average of over 12 years of experience with our company which proves we have commitment. As most know, experience improves revenue.

If using a current Practice Management System, Data Conversions can be evaluated and if possible, patient information such as patient demographics, insurance, etc.
There is a minimum fee for this conversion.

Electronic Claim Submits---CHS will file any or all insurance through Electronic Claim Process. This will speed up the turnaround for revenue for a practice.

Reports---CHS will generate practice reports as needed.
Monthly reports will be sent to keep you up to date on the practice's overall revenue.

OPTION 2: You may continue utilizing your current Software System:
Practice Management Schedular and/or EHR Systems. You DO NOT have to change software.

Billing Process-CHS will implement a process to obtain Fee Slips and other information needed in order to submit charges, file claims, etc.
Practice-Managment-CHS will utilize PARADIGM Practice Managment to complete the entire process of sending claims, receiving remits, sending statements, etc.
